We have a 100% money back policy for all of our clients and services. If we can’t complete your order within the specified period of delivery, you will get a full refund of your purchase.

We will fully refund your purchase for orders cancelled within a 24-hour period after placement; Orders can be cancelled by sending us a mail or opening a support ticket. If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour ultimatum and discontinue delivery, then we can only offer a partial refund. This partial refund will give you the value for your uncompleted order; for example if you order 5 units of a service and cancelled the order after we have completed 3 units of the service, you will get a refund for the value of the remaining 2 units of the service not completed.

If we fully complete your order before you request for a cancellation, we will not be able to get you a refund as there will be no way for us to recover the  costs incurred in completing the service.

For every service you order we can only guarantee a full delivery of the specified service you ordered and no other extra; for instance if you order a certain amount of press releases, we can only guarantee the specified number of PR and not more.
